Thank you for shopping with Garden 2 Go™. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Products

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Custom, Made-to-Order, or Adaptive Models

  • Custom or Adaptive Veteran Model orders may require 7–21 business days for fabrication before shipment.

Digital Products

  • Digital items (DIY plans, PDFs) are delivered electronically and do not ship.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight carriers (for oversized or bulk orders)

The shipping method is selected based on package size, weight, destination, and cost efficiency.
3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Oversized or freight shipments may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed prior to shipment.

  • Bulk, nonprofit, or VA-related orders may be quoted separately.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically 3–10 business days after shipment

5. International Shipping
At this time, Garden 2 Go™ does not ship internationally, unless approved in writing for special orders or licensing arrangements.
6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

7. Delivery Issues
Garden 2 Go™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

Please contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging

  3. Include your order number

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Freight & Oversized Items
Some Garden 2 Go™ products may ship via freight:

  • Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment

  • Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise arranged

  • The customer is responsible for bringing items inside

10. Veteran, VA, and Nonprofit Orders

  • Orders placed through VA programs, nonprofits, or grants may have custom shipping arrangements

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on program requirements

  • Documentation may be required prior to shipment
